  • Where are the steamers made?
    They are made and sourced with natural resources from Jamaica.
  • Where do you ship? How long does it take?
    We ship globally from Jamaica. Tracking numbers are provided. To the US/Canada: 7-14 business days to arrive, shipped via priority. To Europe: 7-21 business days to arrive, shipped via priority.
  • Do you offer wholesale?

  • What are the benefits of steaming?
    - Fire never touches your herb, the steamer allows the herb to be steamed which is safer for your lungs. - Enhances the flavor and aroma of your herb. - There is no smoke, it produces a vapor, making it safer for the environment and no lingering smell. - Sustainable and ethically sourced. - Uses the 4 elements of life, tuning you into nature.
  • How do you use a steamer?
    - Assemble chalice together - Add water into the base (draw from stem to find the perfect "bubble") - Add your choice of herbs/flowers inside the kutchie - Place the clay grit above the material - Arrange coconut shells on top of the screen * Pro-tip: put larger shells on top to avoid fly aways - Torch method: Torch the coconut shells until red, you can create more fire by gently blowing on the coals. Lighter method: Light a corner of a shell, get it red hot and arrange it into the kutchie and blow until coals are hot. - Once coals are hot you can start steaming, the steam will build up as you draw. - When done, allow kutchie to cool to remove and pour water out. You can steam a variety of herbs and flower blends; lavender, rosemary, mint, etc.
  • How do you clean the steam chalice?
    - After finishing your steaming experience, empty water from the cup. - Remove the straw bamboo stem. - Rinse the cup with warm water. - Store your chalice in a cool place. *If you live in dry climate you can rub coconut oil on the coconut and bamboo to keep hydrated.
  • How do you use a steam chalice?

  • How do I book a tour and for how many people?
    Please contact us with your dates, location while visiting the island and your ideal tour. We will require a $30 deposit per person to secure booking. Tours can accommodate up to 5 people, price will reflect per person. Larger tours can be accommodated with notice.
